RETURNS

Posh Apparel:

Returns/exchanges: We do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online credit or exchange for a different style of the same value or a different size, when received within a 14 day return period.

Exchanges: Once we have received your return, we will process the return and send an email within 3-5 business days. You will be able to use the credit towards any future purchases of POSH Apparel, items must be purchased online with store credit code provided by email, regular shipping fees apply.

Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed are not eligible for return. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


Posh Products:

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to our IG @posh.beautymia
